Hekkie Budler is a South African professional boxer. At 1m 60cm tall, he has been called the world’s smallest boxing champion. ‘The Hexecutioner’ has only lost 4 of his 32 career fights to date. He came to Monte Carlo to defend his world champion titles in the minimumweight division, the lightest classification in boxing.
